This course focusses on the organismic biology.

Objectives of the course

The students know to interpret the diversity of higher plants and understand the reasons for diverity by adaptations and specializations. They know the respective plant structures and their ecological importance.

Contents of the course

Macroscopic, microscopic and analytical studies on selected plants and their anatomical and morphological adaptations to specific habitats.
