In its hardcopy form, BEASL was (!) published annually. From 1998 BEASL stops! But: In this electronic version, you will find articles that were publsihed and will be published in the planned issue #10 (which will be never published in paper.form).
But if you like to publish your ideas, articles on BEASL homepage, send me a file and I will make it available through the www.
