The workshop will be “self-sustaining”, the accommodation and nutrition at Salzau Castle are not luxury but also not expensive. The participants will be asked for a moderate contribution to the organization costs which will include a support of the travelling costs of the plenum speakers. The tentative participant’s costs (which will be definitely determined after the registration phase, when the participant list is complete) can be estimated to about 240,00 € for the room and equipment charges of Salzau Castle, transfer and organizational costs, about 45,00 € for catering per person and day and about 45,00 € per night for the accommodation in average (suite: 77,00 – 105,00 €, single room: 32,00 – 57,00 €, double room per person: 22,00 – 47,00 €, multi-person room per person: 20,00 €; price margins due to different equipments of the rooms). The participation at the public lectures in Kiel is free of charge. The participants will receive an invoice according to their registration features and will be asked to transfer the money before the start of the conference.
