Programme for new appointees

As a newly appointed university lecturer, you are an important pillar in research and teaching. Our newly appointed programme supports you in defining your role as a leader and expanding your personal network.

Traditionally, the programme starts with a workshop at our sailing center in the sports harbor of Kiel Schilksee. There, you will receive fresh insights on leadership and have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other newly appointed faculty members. In addition to this kick-off event, our Program offers further opportunities, such as coaching sessions and seminars for interdisciplinary exchange.
