Overview of BMBFs current call for proposals  

Federal research funding is mostly directed towards scientific fields of research. The aims of the funding are defined in research programs, on the basis of which funding is then advertised. Additionally, there are many crossover projects that are inter-disciplinary.  The Federal "Research and Innovation" Funding Advisory Service gives an overview of the BMBF priority programs. 

The BMBF research funding supports scientific institutions and companies. Financial aid is not given to individuals.
