The Central Commission for the Promotion of Young Academics and Artists is one of the Senate committees pursuant to Section 21 (2) s. 1 HSG. It deals with issues related to the qualification phases during and after the doctorate and tenure-track procedures at CAU.
The commission makes recommendations to the Senate regarding cross-faculty procedural regulations, the definition of quality standards and ensuring good framework conditions for qualification phases and tenure-track procedures. At the same time, the Commission is the permanent advisory board set up by the University Board to ensure consistent formal standards for interim and tenure evaluations. The Commission can also submit proposals to the University Board in all fields of action.
