Document and file management for the staff unit; affairs of the state and university archives; content support and execution of the archive contract, website maintenance

• Participation in the management of the university board, in particular follow-up of the university board meetings including taking minutes and monitoring the implementation of the university board resolutions, follow-up of the senate meetings
• Organization of internal service operations, in particular business procedures, rules of procedure, authority regulations, service instructions, guidelines
• Participation in projects of the staff unit, in particular with the chancellor, the syndicate and the staff unit management
