sonoware facilitates easy voice communication in all environments. Founded in 2015 as a spin-off at Kiel University (CAU), sonoware GmbH develops and sells advanced software for speech and audio signal processing. From their headquarters in Kiel, the four founders have convinced customers worldwide  of the quality of their audio solutions, and have already twice received funding through the BMWi EXIST Transfer of Research programme as an innovative start-up project.

In vehicles, the technology for In-Car Communication (ICC) facilitates easy conversations, even at high speeds. To do so, the speech of the passengers is amplified through the vehicle speakers. The ICC software from sonoware prevents disturbing feedback and ensures optimal voice quality. The sonoware technology is also deployed in various other areas to support voice communication.
