with week exhibits

Highly-sensitive magnetic field sensors, medical implants or super-elastic metals - the clean room at the Competence Center at Kiel University offers a high-quality equipment infrastructure for nanosystem technology, which is not only available for scientific research, but can also be used by external companies. Expert staff are available for commissioned work, training of personnel, cooperations/partnerships or consulting for projects. Cooperation partners contribute further technology offerings, such as thin-film technology for shape memory materials for medical products (Acquandas GmbH), connection technology (Phi-Stone AG) or production-related nanosystem technology (Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology, ISIT). Another focus of the Competence Center Nanosystem Technology is training specialist staff: students and doctoral researchers receive comprehensive training in nanosystem technology in the clean room.
