Compile Seminars
Compiling seminars means adding and structuring existing learning modules to a given seminar.
This step-by-step instruction will guide you through the main actions to be performed to compile a seminar.
- Log into your Nickels account
-
Switch to the administration area. There all seminars are listed (see fig. 1 below) - mouseover provides some information about a certain seminar e.g. the learning modules implied.
Fig. 1: The tutor's administration panel to choose editable seminars. Here two seminars are marked by link ('Nickels 'How to' and Demonstration' and 'test') - they are approved to edit by this tutor. -
Choose one of them which are marked by links - these ones are approved to edit (structuring, adding tutors or delete the seminar).
The administration panel on the startpage provides also up to three 'Recently used seminars'. - In the seminar administration area you have the possibility to search for seminars via pulldown menu.
-
Switch to tutor mode in the administration area to edit a certain seminar. Mark this seminar (see fig. 2 below). Hence, the content panel on the right provides some tabs with information, settings etc. (for further information click here!)
