Usergroups

In Nickels tutors were able to add users to a certain seminar/usergroup (create seminars/usergroups: contact the manager).

The proceeding follows below:

  1. Switch to tutor mode (Learner Mode Button) -> (Tutor Mode Button) on the upper left corner of your window.
  2. Press the tab 'User', then you see following screen (figure below) with a list of all users registered in your seminar's usergroup.

  3. The following functions are available (see figure 1):
    • 'Add user': This button leads to another list with all registered users of the e-learning portal - choose the designated user(s).
    • 'Message to users': Write a message to all members of your usergroup.
    • 'Sign off': To remove a user out of your userlist press the corresponding button on the right side. The following screen appears, a message to the user is optional.
