Chancellor Dipl.-Pol. Frank Eisoldt

Frank Eisoldt was born in 1965 in Lüneburg. He studied Political Science and Public Law at the University of Hamburg from 1984 to 1990. Subsequently, he worked as an advisor to the governments of Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein. Since 1997 he has concentrated his activities on University Management. In this context, he served as Chancellor of the Fachhochschule Nordostniedersachsen and simultaneously worked as a Head of the „Competence Centre Universities of Lüneburg/ldquo;. From 2001 until 2004 he filled the position of Chancellor of the Hamburg University of Applied Science with a key role in installing new service structures and quality management, and in implementing a commercial accounting system and cost and performance accounting. He also was responsible for applying the salary system &dbquo;W“ for University professors and constructing and for setting up and developing faculties.

Since 2004 Eisoldt has been a managing partner at ews group GmbH, a consulting and communication company. Among the projects he has supervised were strategy development in non-profit organisations, human resources and organisation development in Universities, change processes in University management, designing new service structures for students and implementing a campus-management-system.
