International Isopod Research Group



The IIRG is a loose international assembly of scientists doing research on the ecology and physiology of isopods.

We intend to meet for a joint project every couple of years:

1998: Bamfield Marine Station - British Columbia, Canada

2000: University of Georgia Marine Institute - Sapelo Island (GA, USA)

2001: Hawai'ian Institute of Marine Biology - Hawai'i, USA
                and Christian Albrechts University - Kiel, Germany
