Information for travellers

Dear members of the university,

the summer holidays in Schleswig-Holstein are now coming to an end and many of you are returning from your holiday destinations – others are just starting their holidays. When many people from different regions of the world are coming together, there is generally an increased risk of infection. Please stay alert and also use the information offered for travellers to stay up to date with new legal regulations and changes during your holiday and after your return:

• Travel warnings of the Federal Foreign Office
  (there are current travel warnings for countries outside the EU until August 31; this warning does not apply to Great Britain, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
• Information from the Robert Koch Institute on the designation of international risk areas  (German only)
• Quarantine regulations for returnees to Schleswig-Holstein: federal regulation on quarantine measures for entry and return travellers to combat the coronavirus of the Land Schleswig-Holstein  (German only)
