With our program we give pupils a unique one-on-one mentoring. With the support of a voluntary student mentor as well as professional and targeted trainings the pupils can tap their full potential. During the mentorship, the mentors chaperone the pupils (mentees) on their way into their jobs or higher education.

Do you want to do volunteer work for a good cause? Are you interested in educational justice? Then come to our meeting, drill us with your questions and become part of our organizing team. We give you the possibility to follow your interests und try out new things. Regardless, if we win over companies to finance our trainings, plan fun activities for our mentoring-pairs or shoot photos for Instagram - it never gets boring!
