CAU at the Hannover Messe
From 1 to 5 April 2019, Kiel University will be presenting itself for the third time - after 2017 and 2018 - at the Hannover Messe, the world's leading trade show for industrial technology. Together with partners, the CAU will once again showcase the research from the north in Hall 2 "Research & Technology", and highlight why the Schleswig-Holstein state university is among the 19 top German universities.
The main theme of the booth is "Kiel University Interfaces". Under this motto, the Kiel University wants to enable targeted interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary interaction and cooperation at the CAU in future, and thus to overcome borders - in thinking, and between subject cultures, disciplines and institutions. Therefore, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary projects will present themselves with an exhibit and/or with a presentation on CAU's booth stage.
Special highlights at the CAU booth:
- Panel discussion with the Ministry of Education, Science and Cultural Affairs on Monday, April 1
- Panel discussion with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Employment, Technology and Tourism on Wednesday, April 3
- Parliamentary evening and reception by Kiel University on Wednesday, April 3
- Presentation from the Kieler Forschungswerkstatt on Friday, April 5
