Postdoc Fellowship Program “Young Academy Fellows”

Application-Deadline is the 3rd of April 2023

With the “Young Academy Fellows” program, the Academy of Sciences in Hamburg supports outstanding young researchers with doctorates in all disciplines in northern Germany. The aim is to integrate the fellows into the Academy's work and to offer them an academic network as well as free space for interdisciplinary and cross-generational research dialogues and activities.

Funding: Within the three-year fellowship, young scientists are supported intellectually and financially. This can come to pass in a wide variety of formats: from the establishment of their own project groups or personal mentoring to individual financial support.

Target Group: The call for applications is aimed at outstanding young researchers who have completed their doctorate no more than four years ago and are fixed-term employees at an academic institution in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, or Bremen.

Application: The electronic application is to be submitted to organisation@awhamburg.de and should include a letter of motivation, doctoral certificate, brief CV, and a list of publications.

Deadline: 03.04.2023
