The Dean leads the faculty according to § 30 Para. 1 of the SH (Schleswig Holstein) Higher Education Act.
The Dean is represented in the Faculty of Law by two associate deans according to § 30 Para. 5 of the SH Higher Education Act.
Pursuant to § 30 Para. 8 of the SH Higher Education Act, the Dean of the Faculty of Law is assigned a Faculty Executive Director.
