The event is jointly organized between the EU H2020 project OceanNETs, the German research mission CDRmare of the Deutsche Allianz Meeresforschung (DAM) and the European Bureau for Conservation & Development (EBCD). Co-hosts are MEP Maria da Graça Carvalho and MEP Catherine Chabaud, Co-Chairs of the ‘Ocean Governance’ Working Group of the European Parliament Intergroup on ‘Climate Change, Biodiversity and Sustainable Development‘.
