SinceJune4 theelectionperiodfortheelectionsofyourrepresentativesintheFacultyConventionsandinCAU'sExtendedSenateisrunning.Thedeadline(=lastelectionday)isWednesday,June17,5:00p.m.
Thevotingprocess
- Participationintheelectionsisonlypossibleviatheelectionportal.Nopostalvotingdocumentscanbehandedoutsubsequently.
- YouwillbeabletoaccesstheelectionportalfromJune4th,2020,12:00noon,viathewebsiteforthecommitteeelections
- Underthislink youcanidentifyyourselfaseligibletovotewithtwofeatures:
- EnteryourpersonnelnumberWITHOUTleadingzerosastheusername.ThisisthenumberyouneedforcorrespondencewiththePersonnelServiceCenter,forexample(additionalinformation).
- EnteryourdateofbirthaspasswordintheformDDMMYYYY(e.g.06121999)
- Nowyouwillberedirectedtotheelectionportal.
- Onlythosecandidatesforthecommitteesforwhichyouareeligibletovotearedisplayed.Youhaveexactlyonevoteforeachcommittee.
- Attheendofthe"ballot"clickonabutton,whereupontheplausibilityofyourselectionwillbechecked.Ifyouhaveaccidentallycastseveralvotesforthesamecommittee,youwillbeinformedandyoucancorrectyourdetails.
- Yourvotingendswith"Send".Itisnotpossibletoreturnorloginagain.
