More About the Application Process
After submitting your application, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application and, if required, you will be informed about the current processing status of your application. Please understand that this process takes some time.
We receive numerous applications every day, which are reviewed by several offices at CAU before you receive feedback.
If all requirements are met and you appear to be particularly suitable in comparison with others, we will invite you to a personal interview.
After the interviews have been conducted, an evaluation is carried out by the department issuing the advertisement, which must be submitted to the representation of interest for participation.
At the end of the selection process, after renewed participation and approval of the relevant staff council, the equal opportunit representative and the representative for severely disabled persons, the applicant to be hired receives a commitment from the Human Resources Department for the advertised position. Earlier verbal information of the department is always subject to approval by the representative body.
